1. Who provides the services
These terms describe how Max Media Machine provides video production and post-production services. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Max Media Machine; “you” refers to the client commissioning the work.
Our team may contribute to the work under our direction. The service provider remains Max Media Machine. Please use the contact form for questions about these terms.
2. Agreeing the work
Before we begin, we agree the brief, visual approach, intended format, price, estimated schedule and delivery scope in writing. Prices are quoted for each project; we do not publish a rate card. Any additions or changes to scope are discussed before extra work proceeds.
We make many kinds of videos. Services may include editing, captions, animation, motion graphics, charts, diagrams, infographics and visual research, as agreed for your project. We confirm project-specific asset and licensing needs in the brief.
3. Review, approval and payment
No advance payment is required. We share a low-resolution, watermarked preview and include one consolidated revision round. Tell us all requested changes together in writing. We will correct any agreed revision that was missed; a new creative direction or additional requests may need a separately agreed scope.
If you approve the work, payment becomes due under the invoice details we provide. The high-resolution final video, without our review watermark, is released once payment is confirmed. If the agreed revision still does not meet your needs, you may decline the work without paying.
See the delivery and payment policy for the complete process.
4. Ending work
Working with us is not a subscription or a minimum-spend commitment. You are under no obligation to order further work, and you can stop whenever you want.
We can work on complete videos or on agreed parts of a video. Ending future work does not remove obligations relating to work already approved, paid deliverables, confidentiality or permitted use of third-party material.
5. Your materials and our deliverables
Please supply materials you are authorized to use, with accurate instructions and any required permissions for footage, music, names, likenesses, logos and other content. We use materials you provide to perform the agreed services.
Unpaid previews are supplied for evaluation only and may not be published or commercially used. After payment, you may use the delivered final video for the purposes agreed in the brief. Ownership or licensing of commissioned elements is specified in that brief; third-party footage, music, fonts and other assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Editable project files and standalone source assets are included only when expressly agreed. We do not promise exclusivity over third-party elements.
6. Confidentiality and portfolio use
We use non-public client materials only for the agreed work and share them only with team members and service providers who need access for that work. We will seek permission before publicly presenting your unpublished or confidential client work as a portfolio example.
7. Website examples and reasonable expectations
Portfolio examples illustrate visual approaches; charts and diagrams may use illustrative data. They are not claims about a client’s actual results. We do not guarantee a particular audience size, revenue, ad performance, ad-platform approval, platform ranking or other commercial outcome.
We take reasonable care in delivering the agreed work. Timelines can depend on the materials and feedback you provide. Any material change to the schedule or scope will be discussed with you.
8. Questions, issues and updates
Please contact us promptly through the contact form if a deliverable, payment or privacy issue needs attention. We will work with you to understand the problem and an appropriate resolution.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-excludable. Updates are dated on this page and apply to future arrangements; a change does not silently rewrite an already agreed project.
